Introduction
pinnaclearc.com provides services to our customers on a state-of-the-art integrated delivery platform by qualified professional trainers. This allows us to provide online industrial training remotely through audio-video interactive software, chat, email, and phone with a personalized touch. If you are unsatisfied with the same, we offer a refund policy. The refund clauses are given below for your reference :
Refund Clauses :
The refund policy does not apply to Free or Trial Offers. No refund is entertained after three calendar days of enrollment. If applied in writing within three calendar days of enrollment, an 80 % refund will be provided against the total amount paid. The processing fee, gateway, and administrative charges will be deducted from 20% of the total amount paid. Your refund will take effect only when you email us from your registered email ID to admin@pinnaclearc.com within three calendar days of enrollment. The refund policy will be valid only if Pinnacle Arc fails to provide satisfactory solutions for the service mentioned in the Pinnacle Arc Enrollment Form.
No refunds will be issued for services that Pinnacle Arc has processed at discounts or on special occasions like Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc. These are unique, limited-time, and occasional offers; therefore, cancellations or refunds against this service are impossible.
You have the right to cancel the subscription and services only if you abide by all the refund clauses given above. If you fulfill all the above requisites, your refund will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your refund request. Please note you will be entitled to only an 80% refund if applied within three calendar days of enrollment with a Valid Reason and Supporting Documents and fulfilling the above clauses.
