Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience to join our team. This is a Business Analyst role, not a QA/Test Engineer position. The ideal candidate will act as the voice of the business, leading the complete UAT lifecycle and working closely with business stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

Business Analysis with end-to-end UAT ownership
UAT Planning, Execution & Stakeholder Management
Business Requirements Gathering & User Stories
Acceptance Criteria & Requirements Traceability
UAT Test Scenarios and Test Cases
Defect Triage & Business Signoff
Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow
Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare or Health Insurance domain experience
Healthcare Payer/Provider, Claims, Enrollment, or Health Plan Operations
IIBA, CBAP, CSM, or similar certifications
